How does fabric pickup & drop-off work?
Once you submit your stitching commission, our master tailor will reach out to you within 24 hours. If you are in Calgary/Alberta, you can drop off your fabric at our studio. Across Canada, we provide prepaid insured courier shipping labels for hassle-free fabric collection.
Can I convert an old saree or heirloom fabric?
Yes! We frequently upcycle heirloom Banarasi sarees, wedding dupattas, and vintage silks into modern Anarkali dresses, jacket sets, and festive lehengas with custom zari borders.
What is the typical stitching turnaround time?
Standard bespoke tailoring typically requires 10 to 14 business days from fabric receipt. If you require expedited tailoring for an urgent wedding or festive event, please specify your required date in the form.
What if the final outfit needs an alteration?
We always preserve 1.5 to 2.0 inches of internal side seam margins inside all custom tailored garments. We offer complimentary alteration support to ensure your silhouette fits with absolute perfection.
